PROCUREMENT
To procure the best quality raw materials, our well trained and experienced staff goes to the specific areas where these are grown throughout the country. This helps us to purchase the best quality raw materials directly from the farmers, as we are very much concerned about the quality of raw materials.
preserving
As all of our products are seasonal in nature and are cultivated only once in a year, the company procures the raw materials in bulk from the farmers and stores in cold storage houses to retain the original flavor and colour of the materials and to protect them from getting infested by insects. Thus, it is stored securely and supplied as fresh from the farms.
processing
In order to ensure high quality standards, all the four stages of processing – Cleaning, Drying, Grading & Grinding needs to be perfect. Drying is by far the most important stage in the process to ensure good quality spices. Inadequately dried produce will lead to mould growth and the entire lot would be wasted. Modern and automated machines are used for the processing of raw materials. Uniform and consistent quality is maintained throughout the year with hi-tech processing line.
packaging
Packing of the final products is done as per the requirement of the customers. Packing material used is ranges from jute bags to poly sacks and even paper bags. The products can be packed in any weight category as per the customer requirement. Packaging is a vital component to ensure product quality to the end user. Products need to be preserved and protected using materials that comply with regulations in order to reach their destination in perfect condition.
